Notice of Photographer on Premises: Professional photographers and/or videographers will be on site to document conference activities. Photographs and videos are the sole property of the Project Management Institute, San Diego Chapter, Inc. (hereinafter PMI-SD).

By registering for and attending this event, attendee consents to any photographic, audio or video recording that may include their voice, image or likeness. Attendee also grants PMI-SD full, unlimited, and sole copyright to any and all of those recordings and images without additional notice or compensation of any kind.

It is the attendee's intent for this to be legally binding.  Attendee does hereby grant, transfer and give all rights, title and interest to the aforementioned recordings or images without reservation or limit to PMI-SD.  Further, the attendee does hereby give PMI-SD the irrevocable right to use their voice, image or likeness for any lawful purpose.

Confirmation of Registration: All registration confirmations will be emailed within three (3) to seven (7) business days of receipt of payment. Confirmations will only be sent to the email address provided during registration, so please ensure it is correct.

Cancellation Policy: The conference meeting arrangements, such as food service and room rentals, are contractual obligations that PMI-SD makes based upon registration numbers. Because PMI-SD is required to guarantee these numbers and bases the conference pricing on these numbers, the following fees for cancellation apply:

Cancellation Fees:  A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations requested prior to Aug. 28, 2017. After that date, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be applied until Sept. 25, 2017.  Requests for cancellation after Sept. 25, 2017 will not be honored.

Disclaimer: If we discover 5 or more people from the same organization individually register for the conference we will contact the group and honor the 20% discount. The maximum number of individual registrants from the same organization that can receive the discount is 7 people. If you have more than 7 registrants you must purchase an additional 5 pack.

Food Service:  Food service will occur during many of the events and is included in the cost of registration.  If you have specific preferences such as vegan meals or specific dietary requirements (i.e., no gluten), please bring what you need.  We strive to have a cross-section of foods to meet everyone's needs but we cannot support specific requests at this time.  We appreciate your understanding.

Room Temperature:  We have instructed the venue to keep the rooms cool.  PLEASE bring a sweater and layer your clothing so it will be easy for you to adjust and be comfortable.

Breakout Session Scheduling & Availability: After registering for the 2017 PMI-SD Conference attendees will sign up for the Breakout Sessions they want to attend in person when they arrive at the conference venue on Friday 10/20/17 from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm or Saturday 10/21/17 from 7:30 am - 8:30 am. If you do not select the Breakout Sessions you would like to attend during these scheduled times you will have the option to choose your Breakout Sessions based on availability.
